The RE Method™ scales through trained, certified coaches.
SilverFit was built on Yvonne Ong’s 15 years of hands-on teaching and senior fitness training. The RE Coach Network extends that same standard of coaching to more seniors, through professionals trained in the RE Method™.
Note for SilverFit: this page is intentionally light. The specifics of the RE Coach Network — how coaches are certified, what the network offers members, and any requirements to join — aren’t written down anywhere yet, so rather than invent them, I’ve kept this page to what’s already confirmed. Once you share the real programme details, I’ll flesh this page out properly.
