What Actually Happens in Your First SilverFit Session

Starting something new can feel like the hardest part. Here is exactly what to expect from your first SilverFit assessment through to the end of your 8-Week RE Programme™ — so there are no surprises.

Every SilverFit RE Programme™ follows the same structure, built around the four pillars of the RE Method™. Nothing is generic — but the shape of the journey is consistent, so you know what you are signing up for.

01

The Conversation

Before anything physical happens, your coach asks about your goals, any aches or conditions, and what “getting stronger” actually means to you — whether that is playing with grandchildren, gardening, or simply feeling steadier on stairs.

02

The Comprehensive Assessment

A practical look at your current strength, balance and mobility — simple movements like a chair stand or a short walk, not a gym test. This becomes the baseline your programme is built against.

03

Your First RE Method™ Session

A gentle introduction to all four pillars — a little strength work, a little balance work, and a conversation about mindset and goals. Paced entirely to you; there is no “keeping up” with anyone else.

04

The 8-Week Programme

Coaching continues weekly, progressing as you do. Sessions can be at home or in a gym setting, individually or in a small group — whichever suits you.

05

Review and What’s Next

At the end of 8 weeks, you and your coach review progress together and decide what continuing support looks like — many clients choose to keep going.
